Data deletion instructions
Businesses and individuals can request deletion of data held in SPGFlow. We will verify the requester’s identity and authority before deleting information.
Disconnect connected channels
- Ask an SPGFlow administrator for your business to disconnect the relevant integration, or contact us using the address below.
- You may also remove SPGFlow’s access through the connected platform’s business or application settings where available.
- Disconnecting stops new communications from being imported. Existing records remain until deleted under your business’s retention instructions.
Request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject “SPGFlow data deletion request”. Include:
- Your name and business name.
- The email address or telephone number associated with the records.
- Whether you want a specific conversation, connected channel or the complete SPGFlow account deleted.
Do not email passwords, access tokens or identity documents unless we provide a secure method after reviewing your request.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify authority, explain any information that must be retained by law or for security, and delete or irreversibly anonymise eligible data. We normally respond to rights requests within one month, subject to applicable law. Residual encrypted backup copies expire through controlled backup rotation.
